Overview

Complete Diet and Fitness Log is a mobile application for keeping diet and fitness notes together. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: everything you record stays on your device, and nothing is sent to us.

Your data stays on your device

All of the information you enter into the app, including your food, exercise and other log entries, is stored locally on your device. The developers do not receive, collect, store or have access to any of it.

The app does not use any cloud service. There is no cloud access, no online account and no server that holds your data.

No registration

You do not need to create an account or register to use the app. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details in order to use it.

Backups

You can back up your data locally. A backup is created and kept under your control, and it is not transmitted to the developers. Where you keep your backup files, and who can access them, is up to you.

Data sharing

Because your data never leaves your device through the app, we do not sell, share or disclose it to anyone.

Deleting your data

Since the data lives only on your device, you are in control of it. Removing the app from your device removes the data stored by the app, and any local backup files you created remain yours to keep or delete.

This website

If you send a message through the support form on this website, the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message, are delivered to the app's owner so we can reply to you. This applies only to the website form and is separate from the app itself.

If the way the app handles data ever changes, we will update this page.
